1. When i try to send message to members, i get the error :
You can’t send message to this user. Your account is not yet activated by the Administrator!
You will get this error, if your account is not active. This could be due to any of the following reasons:
-All registrations are manually checked and activated. It may take up to 3 days after your registration.
-You have not completed your profile. You have to complete the details provided in the ‘Step 2′ of the registration process.
-You have not provided correct e-mail id and contact numbers. If you are concerned about the privacy of your contact number, you can select ‘Hide my number’ option. But you need to provide correct number.
-You may have registered long back, but completed the profile now. In such a case, If your profile is inactive, drop a mail to support@daivajnamatrimony.com
2. I have forgot my password, How do i get it back?
In the Login page, go to ‘Forgot Password?’ link or use this link. Enter your e-mail id. Your password will be reset & a new password is sent to your email id.
